I have been shooting infrared photography for a VERY long time.  I find it to be a great photographic release when I can’t be out at the times and locations that make for epic landscape shots.  While light is light and quality of light will always be king, shooting in the IR spectrum gives you a lot of flexibility in what that quality really is.

Over the next few posts, which I hope will be more frequent, I will be posting more IR images and posting a little about the technology behind them.  I actually own multiple IR converted cameras as well as multiple different wave length IR filters to use on them.  Stay tuned.

One other bit of house keeping, I have some theme stuff to work on here as well, you have probably noticed that some of the headers don’t look right.  This is very time consuming for me to get sorted out, but I promise I will.  I also need to work on how things display on mobile screens.
