Otherworldly Gorge

Vista House and the Columbia River Gorge in IR

 

Sometimes I think that the Columbia River Gorge was made for IR photography.  This image, “Otherworldly Gorge,” is shot from the Portland Women’s Forum near Corbett Oregon.  I’ve said it before and I will say it again, I just how we can see our world in a slightly alien way with IR photography.

      It did feel cold enough for snow while we were there, but I don’t think it was.
